Stephanie (she/her) is the CEO of DiversityNL. She is a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, speaker, podcaster and thought leader and holds a Masters in Social Work from Memorial University (NL).
DiversityNL is a consultancy that prides itself in hosting discussions that are representative of the 5 historically excluded groups which includes, women, indigenous, persons with disabilities, Black racialized minorities and 2SLGBTQ+.
DiversityNL provides education sessions, 1:1 training with Human Resources and people whose primary function is to increase diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
DiversityNL provides benchmarking, strategic planning, policy development and review, documentation reviews for inclusive language, workplace training and much more.
