DEIB Strategy

We work with you and your organization end to end and identify how you can improve Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and implement the best practices.

Engagement of senior leadership is key when working on a DEIB  Strategy. We take the top down and bottom up approach. DiverstyNL will assist companies form a DEIB working group and through this group benchmarking may occur.

We benchmark on attitudes and thoughts on diversity, inclusion as well individuals ‘sense of belonging’ and psychological safety in your organization. 

The purpose of  benchmarking is to put the correct strategies in place for your organization. 

Training is group-based or could be 1:1 with HR or people whose roles are leadership focused or people and culture. Our training is based on the needs of your organization.
